Two Grooms, Two Cultures, One Unforgettable Celebration: A Jewish-Chinese Wedding at Wentworth by the Sea

What happens when two grooms, two vibrant cultures, and one stunning venue come together? Pure magic with extra confetti! This wasn't just a wedding, it was a full-blown celebration where Chinese tradition met Jewish joy in the most spectacular way.

First Look Fun on the Lawn
The day kicked off with a playful first look on Wentworth's lush lawn. No tears here, just two grooms cracking up as they turned to see each other, followed by an impromptu happy dance that set the tone for the entire day. (Note to future couples: this is the energy we love to see!)

Tea Ceremony with Heart
The Chinese tea ceremony was a beautiful moment of tradition and laughter. As the grooms served tea to their families, the room filled with joy from playful teasing between relatives to heartfelt blessings that had everyone smiling. The perfect blend of reverence and celebration.

Ketubah Creativity
The ketubah signing was next-level cool. Their custom marriage contract blended Hebrew and Chinese calligraphy, basically a work of art that said "our love" in two beautiful languages. Bonus points for the signing pens being gold (because why not?).

Lawnside Chuppah Magic
The outdoor ceremony under the chuppah was absolute perfection over on the lawn. Heartfelt vows were exchanged (including a promise to never let the other binge-watch shows alone), culminating in that iconic glass smash that had everyone shouting "Mazel Tov!"

Surprise! Lion Dance Party
Just when guests thought it couldn't get more exciting—BAM! A lion dance troupe burst in shortly after the reception started, drums pounding, colors flying. The lion "ate" lettuce for prosperity (obviously), did some killer dance moves, and basically turned the energy up to 11.

Hora Hijinks
The dance floor exploded during the hora, where the newlyweds got the royal chair treatment.

This wedding proved that traditions don't have to be serious—they can be seriously fun. To the grooms: thank you for showing us how to celebrate love with full hearts and even fuller dance moves.

Mazel Tov! 恭喜! Now go enjoy that honeymoon—you've earned it!

P.S. That lion? Definitely deserves an invite to the next family reunion.
